2: Character Model Sheet

Please submit a three-view reference of your character (front, side, and back) when placing an order. If the design is complex, please include a detailed explanation. If you have any special requests or custom specifications, please inform us in advance.
オーダーの際にキャラクターの三面図をご提出ください。
デザインが複雑な場合は、詳細な説明を添えていただきますようお願いいたします。
特殊な仕様やご希望がある場合は、事前にお知らせください。

3: Your Body Information

Please provide your body measurements based on the guide below. This information will ensure accurate tailoring of your fursuit.

4: step

Stage 1: Contract & Preparation
1:Deposit Payment
The customer pays a deposit to confirm the order and is added to the waiting list.
2:Design Communication
The design direction is finalized, including fur color, detail style, reference images, etc.Stage 2: Materials & Measurement
3:Material Purchase
Umi purchases the fur fabric and necessary materials (or the customer can send specified materials).
4:Body Measurement
The customer provides a detailed body measurement chart (must be measured accurately per the guidelines).Stage 3: Head (Head Base) Production
5:Head Base Design Confirmation
Head base shape, eye design, ear placement, etc., are finalized.
6:3D Printing
3D modeling and printing based on the design (hand-carving is discussed separately if needed).Stage 4: Torso Production & Completion
7:Torso Patterning (Fur Patterning)
Torso patterns are created based on measurements, ensuring fit and range of motion.
8:Cutting, Sewing & Assembly
The full suit is completed through fur fabric cutting, sewing, and parts assembly.Stage 5: Final Inspection & Delivery
9:Finished Product Inspection
Umi sends photos/videos; the customer can request minor adjustments.
10:Final Payment
The customer makes the final payment after confirming satisfaction.
11:Packing & Shipping
Umi packs the product securely, ships it, and provides the tracking number.

Stage 1: 契約・準備
1:着手金のお支払い
お客様に着手金をお支払いいただき、注文を確定させ、順番待ちリストに登録します。
2:デザイン打ち合わせ
毛色、ディテール、スタイル、参考画像など、デザインの方向性を確定します。Stage 2: 素材・採寸
3:素材の購入
ファー生地や必要な材料をUmiが購入します（お客様が指定素材を送ることも可能です）。
4:身体採寸
お客様に詳細な身体採寸表をご提出いただきます（ガイドライン通りに正確に測定してください）。Stage 3: 頭部（ヘッドベース）制作
5:ヘッドベースデザイン確認
頭の形、目デザイン、耳の位置などを確定します。
6:3Dプリンティング
デザインに基づき3Dモデリング・プリントを行います（手彫りが必要な場合は別途相談）。Stage 4: 胴体制作・完成
7:胴体パターン作成（ファーパターン）
採寸に基づき胴体パターンを作成し、フィット感と可動域を確保します。
8:裁断・縫製・組立
ファー生地の裁断、縫製、各パーツの組立を行い、着ぐるみを完成させます。Stage 5: 最終検査・納品
9:完成品検査
Umiが写真・動画をお送りします。お客様は必要に応じて軽微な調整を依頼できます。
10:最終支払い
完成品に問題がないことを確認いただいた後、最終支払いをお願いします。
11:梱包・発送
Umiが商品を安全に梱包し、発送します。追跡番号をお知らせします。

5: tos

1:Orders and Quotations
All quotations are estimates only. Additional costs may arise depending on materials and production time required. In such cases, we will contact you in advance and proceed only after receiving your approval.
2:Production Start and Payment
Production will begin after the final design has been confirmed and the deposit payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid after final confirmation and before shipping.
3:Design Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the provided designs do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks. We reserve the right to refuse any order that may cause legal issues. Our workshop assumes no responsibility for any disputes or problems arising from the submitted designs.
4:Cancellation
Cancellations after production has started are generally not accepted, and the deposit will not be refunded.
5:Warranty
We only provide repairs or remakes in cases of defects caused by our production errors. Details will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
6:Shipping
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. However, customers assume all risks related to damage, loss, or delays during shipping after 7:dispatch.
Especially for international shipping, damage caused by shipping carriers is not covered by our warranty.
8:Use of Finished Products
Photos and videos of completed costumes may be used on our website or social media as part of our portfolio. If you do not wish for your costume to be featured, please inform us in advance.
9:Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

1: 注文と見積もり
お見積もりは目安です。制作材料や工数により追加費用が発生する可能性があります。その場合は事前にご連絡し、ご了承を得てから進めます。
2: 制作開始と支払い
最終デザイン確認後、着手金のお支払いをいただいた後に制作を開始します。
最終支払いは完成確認後、発送前にお願いいたします。
3: デザイン責任
ご提供いただくデザインの著作権・商標権侵害について、お客様ご自身で責任を持ってください。問題がある場合は注文をお断りします。また、発生したトラブルに関して当工房は一切責任を負いません。
4: キャンセル
制作開始後のキャンセルは原則不可とし、着手金の返金はいたしません。
5: 保証
当社の制作ミスによる不良の場合のみ、修理または再制作に対応します。（内容は応相談）
6: 配送
商品は発送時に検品・梱包いたしますが、発送後の配送中における破損・紛失・遅延などのリスクはお客様のご負担となります。
特に海外郵送の場合、配送業者による破損は保証対象外です。
7: 完成品の使用
完成した着ぐるみの写真・動画を、当工房の実績としてウェブサイトやSNSに使用する場合があります。希望されない場合は事前にお知らせください。
8: その他
本規約は予告なく変更する場合があります。
