2: Character Model Sheet

Please submit a three-view reference of your character (front, side, and back) when placing an order. If the design is complex, please include a detailed explanation. If you have any special requests or custom specifications, please inform us in advance.
オーダーの際にキャラクターの三面図をご提出ください。
デザインが複雑な場合は、詳細な説明を添えていただきますようお願いいたします。

3: Your Body Information

Please provide your body measurements based on the guide below. This information will ensure accurate tailoring of your fursuit.
お客様の身体サイズ情報をご提供ください。正確なスーツ制作のために必要です。

4: step

Stage 1: Contract & Preparation
1:Deposit Payment
The customer pays a deposit to confirm the order and is added to the waiting list.
2:Design Communication
The design direction is finalized, including fur color, detail style, reference images, etc.Stage 2: Materials & Measurement
3:Material Purchase
Umi purchases the fur fabric and necessary materials (or the customer can send specified materials).
4:Body Measurement
The customer provides a detailed body measurement chart (must be measured accurately per the guidelines).Stage 3: Head (Head Base) Production
5:Head Base Design Confirmation
Head base shape, eye design, ear placement, etc., are finalized.
6:3D Printing
3D modeling and printing based on the design (hand-carving is discussed separately if needed).Stage 4: Torso Production & Completion
7:Torso Patterning (Fur Patterning)
Torso patterns are created based on measurements, ensuring fit and range of motion.
8:Cutting, Sewing & Assembly
The full suit is completed through fur fabric cutting, sewing, and parts assembly.Stage 5: Final Inspection & Delivery
9:Finished Product Inspection
Umi sends photos/videos; the customer can request minor adjustments.
10:Final Payment
The customer makes the final payment after confirming satisfaction.
11:Packing & Shipping
Umi packs the product securely, ships it, and provides the tracking number.

Stage 1: 契約・準備
1:着手金のお支払い
お客様に着手金をお支払いいただき、注文を確定させ、制作待機列に登録します。
2:デザイン打ち合わせ
毛色、ディテール、スタイル、参考画像など、デザインの方向性を確定します。Stage 2: 素材・採寸
3:素材の購入
ファー生地や必要な材料をUmiが購入します（お客様が指定素材を送ることも可能です）。
4:身体採寸
お客様に詳細な身体採寸表をご提出いただきます（ガイドライン通りに正確に測定してください）。Stage 3: 頭部（ヘッドベース）制作
5:ヘッドベースデザイン確認
頭の形、目デザイン、耳の位置などを確定します。
6:3Dプリンティング
デザインに基づき3Dモデリング・プリントを行います（手彫りが必要な場合は別途相談）。Stage 4: 胴体制作・完成
7:胴体パターン作成（ファーパターン）
採寸に基づき胴体パターンを作成し、フィット感と可動域を確保します。
8:裁断・縫製・組立
ファー生地の裁断、縫製、各パーツの組立を行い、着ぐるみを完成させます。Stage 5: 最終検査・納品
9:完成品検査
Umiが写真・動画をお送りします。お客様は必要に応じて軽微な調整を依頼できます。
10:最終支払い
完成品に問題がないことを確認いただいた後、最終支払いをお願いします。
11:梱包・発送
入金確認後、Umiが商品を安全に梱包し、発送します。追跡番号をお知らせします。

1. Orders and Estimates
Quotes are estimates only. Additional costs may arise depending on the materials, workload, and optional features required.In such cases, we will contact you in advance and proceed only after receiving your approval.2. Production Queue and Payment
Once your down payment has been confirmed, your order will be added to the production queue. Production will begin according to the order of the production queue.We will provide an estimated completion date when giving you a quote, but this is only an estimate. The production start date will not be confirmed until your order has been added to the production queue.Please note that the production start date may vary depending on the reservation schedule and other circumstances.*If there are any changes, the updated details will be presented again for your review before the down payment is made.3. Design Responsibility
You are responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement related to the design you provide. If we determine that there is a problem, we may refuse your order. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the design you provide.4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.Whether a cancellation or refund is possible, as well as the refund amount, will be determined through discussion.Depending on the stage of production, the refund may be reduced by costs already incurred, such as material costs, the down payment, and various fees. Depending on the production status, a partial or full refund may not be possible.5. Warranty
We will provide repairs or remakes only for defects caused by errors in our production process. Whether a defect is covered by the warranty will be determined after reviewing the circumstances of the defect. The specific arrangements will be discussed individually.6. International Shipping
Shipping is from China. We inspect and package the item at the time of shipment. However, we cannot compensate for all damage, loss, delays, or other issues that occur during the shipping process after the item has been dispatched. Thank you for your understanding.In particular, damage during international shipping caused by the handling of the shipping carrier may not be covered by our warranty.7. Use of Photos and Videos of Completed Products
Photos and videos of completed fursuits may be posted on our website, social media, and other platforms as examples of our work.If you do not wish your fursuit to be featured, please let us know when placing your order or before production is completed.8. Other
These Terms of Service may be changed without prior notice. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

1: 注文と見積もり
お見積もりは目安です。制作材料や工数、オプションにより追加費用が発生する可能性があります。
その場合は事前にご連絡し、ご了承を得てから進めます。2:制作待機列・支払い
着手金のお支払いが確認できた時点で、制作待機列に追加されます。実際の制作は制作待機列の順番に従って開始いたします。
見積時に完成時期を提示いたしますがあくまで目安となります。制作待機列に追加されるまでは、制作開始時期は確定していません
※制作開始時期は、予約状況などによって変動する場合があります。
※変更があった場合は着手金の支払い前の確認時に改めて提示いたします。3: デザインに関する責任
ご提供いただくデザインの著作権・商標権侵害について、お客様ご自身で責任を持ってください。問題があると判断した場合、当工房はご注文をお断りすることがあります。また、ご提供いただいたデザインに起因するトラブルについて、当工房は責任を負いかねます。4: キャンセル
キャンセルをご希望の場合は、速やかに当工房までご連絡ください。
キャンセルおよび返金の可否、返金額については協議のうえ決定いたします。
制作の進行状況によっては、材料費・着手金・各種手数料など、すでに発生した費用を差し引いた金額での返金となる場合があります。また、制作状況によっては、一部返金または全額返金をお受けできない場合があります5: 保証
当工房の制作上のミスに起因する不良に限り、修理または再制作に対応いたします。保証の対象となるかどうかは、不良の状況を確認したうえで判断いたします。具体的な対応内容については、個別にご相談させていただきます。6: 海外への配送
中国からの配送となります。商品は発送時に検品・梱包いたしますが、発送後の配送過程において発生した破損・紛失・遅延などについては、当工房ですべての損害を補償することはできません。あらかじめご了承ください。
特に、海外配送における配送業者の取り扱いに起因する輸送中の破損については、当工房での保証が難しい場合がございます。7: 完成品の写真・動画の使用
完成した着ぐるみの写真・動画を、当工房の制作実績としてウェブサイトやSNSなどに掲載する場合があります。
掲載を希望されない場合は、ご注文時または制作完了前にお知らせください。8: その他
本規約は予告なく変更する場合があります。ご不明点はご注文前にお問い合わせください。
